Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a senior finance professional to lead the accounts team across holding and subsidiary entities, overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions.

The role includes preparing management reports, cash flow projections, and tax planning, while coordinating with auditors, lawyers, and regulators. Based in Temerloh, Malaysia, with standard hours across Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/Finance or relevant professional qualification.
• Added advantage: Experience in Property Development or Construction or Real Estate; experience in group consolidated accounts; experience in public listed company or IPO processes; experience in audit firm.

Responsibilities

• Leading accounts team to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions for Holding and Subsidiaries.
• Prepare various management reports periodically and ad-hoc basis – financial report, project account, cash flow projection.
• Monitor project account.
• Tax planning and compliance.
• Handle matters regarding corporate structure, corporate finance and corporate governance.
• Liaise with company secretary, external auditors, tax agent and regulatory bodies.
• Review contracts and liaise with lawyers.
• Arrange bank facilities when needed and liaise with bankers.
• Communications with Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

Working Hour

Mon-Fri 8.30am – 6.30pm (flexible check in time on Monday morning for outstation employee who travel back hometown over weekend)
