Job summary

Sunzen Group Berhad is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Holding Company Finance Team. You will lead group financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and governance initiatives while partnering with management to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibile for budgets, forecasts, cash flow and external audits; ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards; and preparing annual reports and disclosures.

Qualifications

• 5 years and above of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
• Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, particularly those applicable to Main Market listed companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or MACPA, or membership with MIA, will be an added advantage.

• Preparing timely and accurate financial reports, including financial analysis and commentary.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations and applicable financial reporting standards.
• Coordinating internal MFRS-related matters and external audit activities.
• Coordinating and facilitating the annual external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Preparation of the Company’s Annual Report and related financial disclosures.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

5 years and above of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance roles.
