Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. Prepare timely monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Manage construction progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and Work-in-Progress (WIP) revenue recognition. Monitor project costing, project profitability, and overall financial performance.Oversee Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory valuation, and inventory costing. Manage cross-border trade documentation, including Certificates of Origin (CO) via DagangNet. Prepare and monitor monthly rolling cash flow forecasts to support project timelines, inventory procurement, and working capital requirements. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, banking facilities, and treasury functions. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accurate financial reporting. Oversee annual audits, tax computations, Sales & Service Tax (SST) submissions, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, governance, and risk management practices. Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, Project, Site, and Operations teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders. Drive continuous process improvements and establish scalable finance operations to support business growth. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
