Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a client, an IT solutions provider specializing in AI-powered, subscription-based solutions including cloud computing and RPA. We are seeking a Finance Leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring the organization’s financial health.

You will coordinate with business units, liaise with auditors, and drive cost-control initiatives while guiding the finance team toward KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• BS/MA in Finance, Accounting or Economics is required.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ACCA or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive managerial experience in finance or accounting leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variables, sales results and company performance vs business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the company's finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee Finance Department operations and set goals/objectives.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
• Collaborate with business units during planning to achieve KPIs.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure monitoring of finances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting for organization.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the Company's finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the Finance Department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of company's budget.
• Partnering with Business Units during business plan and develop, coordinating towards achievement of KPIs.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances are maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Ad-hoc task assigned by Managing Director.

Requirements

• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ACCA/Bachelor's in Finance /Accounting or similar professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive managerial experience in finance or accounting leadership role.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of financial software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
