Job summary

Starlite Printers is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee general ledger, cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting in Malaysia. This role requires strong accounting policies knowledge, audit exposure and the ability to liaison with auditors, tax agents and regulators.

The successful candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis while ensuring compliance with GST/SST and ICT-related controls. Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and professional qualification (CIMA, MACPA, ACCA).
• Experience in finance and accounting with audit exposure.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control general ledger, inventory control, accounts payable/receivable and order entry transactions.
• Determine and communicate the organization’s accounting policies.
• Review financial reports and statements for accuracy.
• Provide technical accounting advice to assist budgeting and financial planning.
• Assist and control daily finance operations and ensure compliance with finance legislation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare yearly budget and forecasts and monitor cash flow.
• Observe gross profit margins for products and manage profitability.
• Lead IT aspects related to server, CCTV and telecom as needed.

To control general ledger, inventory control, account payable, account receivable and order entry transactions.

Responsible for determining the organization’s accounting policies and the communication of these policies throughout the organization.

Reviews all finance report and accounting statement to ensure they have been accurately prepared.

Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational areas manager to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial report and manage their financial responsibilities.

To assist and control the company’s finance operations daily.

To ensure compliance of company policies and procedures in relates to finance legislation.

To liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and regulatory authorities.

To ensure financial report submitted to holding Co. on time.

To prepare yearly budget and forecast.

To observe gross profit margin for products.

To manage cash flow.

To lead IT on any related to server, CCTV and telecom.

Other duties assigned by Management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Professional Qualification such as CIMA, MACPA, or ACCA.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting field.
• Possess audit exposure, costing knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
• Familiar with GST, SST, and e-Invoice requirements and compliance.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide practical solutions to management.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Mature, proactive, result-oriented, meticulous, and able to work independently with high integrity。
