IKD Limited in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee comprehensive accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis for the factory. You will lead treasury activities, ensure tax compliance, and strengthen internal controls across the supply chain while coordinating with headquarters in China.

Responsible for all aspects of the factory's daily accounting, voucher review, and accounts receivable/ payable management, and strictly implementing the financial systems and accounting standards of both China and Malaysia;
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports (Amoeba reports) on time, and submit operational financial analysis reports to factory management and China headquarters.
Organize and prepare the factory's annual comprehensive budget and rolling forecasts, and conduct full-process tracking, control and variance analysis of budget execution; be responsible for the accounting and analysis of production costs, manufacturing expenses and operating expenses, and continuously promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
Regularly conduct operational data analysis to identify operational risks and propose optimization suggestions.
Overall coordination of factory funding plans, daily receipts and payments, bank settlements, and foreign exchange management;
Monitor cash flow health , rationally allocate funds, and prevent financial risks;
Connect with local banks and financial institutions and maintain good cooperative relationships.
Familiar with local Malaysian tax, foreign exchange, customs and labor laws, responsible for all tax declarations and payments, tax planning and tax risk management;
Ensure that financial work, foreign-related invoices, and import/export accounts fully comply with local laws and regulations, company rules, and group internal control requirements;
Cooperate with the group's audit and external audit work.
Establish and implement a financial internal control system to standardize the processes of expense reimbursement, procurement, payment, inventory, and fixed asset management;
Regularly organize asset inventory checks to ensure that the accounts match the actual assets;
It coordinates procurement, production, logistics and other departments to jointly manage the financial nodes of the entire supply chain .
Responsible for the daily management, work allocation, performance evaluation, and professional skills development of the finance team;
As the financial liaison, I connect with local Malaysian companies, government tax departments, accounting firms, suppliers, and clients.
Complete all special financial tasks assigned by headquarters.
8+ years of full-scale financial work experience, 5+ years of management experience as a finance manager/supervisor in the manufacturing industry;
Prior experience in the automotive, auto parts, and new energy manufacturing industries is preferred;
practical experience in overseas factories, cross-border finance, and import/export accounting will be given priority.
Professional skills:
Proficient in full-set accounting , budget management, cost accounting, fund management, financial analysis, and internal control system construction;
Proficient in operating mainstream financial ERP systems and Microsoft Office software;
Familiar with manufacturing supply chains and production processes, and able to conduct financial control and business analysis in conjunction with business operations.
