Job summary

Ambition in Selangor is seeking an IT Delivery Manager for a permanent role to own Finance, Risk and Compliance system delivery, balancing stability with continuous improvement, and partnering with finance and tech teams to ensure compliant, on-time releases.

You will lead backlog management, epics breakdown, and agile ceremonies while managing risks across legacy and cloud platforms. A finance systems background and enterprise delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in delivery management, agile practices, or enterprise system implementation.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP workflows, or compliance-related processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise environments.
• Comfortable managing delivery across both legacy and cloud-based finance platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritising the product backlog to ensure high-value, compliant delivery outcomes.
• Breaking down epics and features into clearly defined, actionable user stories.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identifying and resolving delivery blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinating delivery across legacy finance systems and newly migrated platforms.
• Ensuring adherence to audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
• Tracking delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down to guide planning.
