Job summary

Perlis Inland Port Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Intern to assist with invoices, billing, and data entry for transactions and receipts. You will learn essential accounting processes while handling confidential information in a professional environment.

The role involves supporting payment processing, reconciling transfers, and maintaining regular communication with customers, with guidance from supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willing to learn and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and manage billing processes.
• Perform data entry for transactions and receipts.
• Reconcile bank transfers and support payment processing.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Perform other tasks as delegated by supervisor and seek guidance when needed.
