Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Finance & Accounting Intern based in Pulau Indah, Klang. You will support accounts payable activities including invoice receipt and posting, and assist in monthly creditor and bank reconciliations.

You will help prepare monthly supplier payments, maintain fixed asset listings with depreciation, and assist in year-end asset counts, audits, and tax reporting, plus month-end closing tasks. This role is ideal for hands-on learners in finance operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop practical finance knowledge.
• Basic computer literacy with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable activities including invoice receipt and posting.
• Assist in monthly creditor and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly supplier payments and maintain records.
• Assist in fixed asset depreciation and year-end asset counting.
• Support external audits and tax reporting and month-end closing.
