Job summary

Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is offering an internship within the Finance & Accounts team in Penang. The role focuses on daily financial and administrative tasks, data entry, invoicing, and supporting month-end closing.

You will gain hands-on experience with accounting processes and document management. We are seeking a candidate pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, with a keen eye for detail and good Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and confidential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and updating financial records into the accounting system.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Assist in checking and verifying invoices, payment documents, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing documents for payment processing and ensure supporting documents are complete.
• Maintain and organise finance-related documents and filing.
• Monitor and update outstanding invoices and payments.
• Support the Finance team in preparing reports, schedules and other financial documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of supporting schedules.
