Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Intern to support day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and reconciliations. You will develop analytical and Excel skills while contributing to real business processes.

You will collaborate with the Finance team, gain practical experience, and learn best practices in data handling, audits, and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance team in financial reporting, analysis, and special projects.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payment collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions and invoices.
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Prepare supporting documents required for audits, tax submissions, and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide support for ad-hoc assignments when required.
