Job summary

Coty SA in Malaysia is offering a Finance Intern role within the Record to Report team. You will assist with Month End Closing, audit and tax support for assigned entities, and work closely with finance partners to deliver accurate reporting.

Reporting to Accounting Manager, you will handle month-end tasks, prepare schedules, support teammates, assist internal controls, and participate in ad-hoc tasks. This internship provides exposure to the full finance cycle in a global beauty leader with

• System knowledge - Basic familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage priorities within tight deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and navigate finance systems quickly with minimal supervision.

The role is required to have a close partnership with other finance teams, internal key business partners as well as external audit/tax agents. In addition, the role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

THE ROLE

As our Finance intern, you play a critical role in supporting Accountant in Month End Closing, take part in local audit and tax matter.

You will be reporting to Accounting Manager, and you will manage:
