The role requires a 2-3 year track record in accounting and HR, with proficiency in QuickBooks and HRIS systems, and strong communication across teams. Port Klang location, on-site work, stable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and HR functions (2-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Duties: Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Human Resources Duties: Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
• Assist with employee benefits administration and compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitate training and development programs.
