Sime Darby Property is seeking a finance professional to support consolidation, FP&A analysis and budget forecasting for the IFM division in Malaysia. The role involves producing monthly P&L commentary, monitoring performance, and coordinating year-end processes with external auditors.

You will work closely with the COO-IFM and Group Finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and projections, including cash flow and risk assessment tasks.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and analyse consolidated P&L information for the monthly Financial Report to the COO-IFM, including financial performance commentary, variances and movements.
• Support FP&A activities, including performance monitoring, trend analysis and variance analysis vs budget/forecast.
• Assist in MYR, AOP and forecasts, assessing performance, assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance of IFM entities/projects and highlight variances and risks.
• Coordinate monthly financial closing for existing entities and new SPVs, including hands-on closing where required.
• Prepare and review management accounts and notes for P&L and Balance Sheet for accuracy.
• Coordinate timely submission of management accounts to Group Finance.
• Prepare cash flow projections for Group Treasury and identify funding needs.
• Coordinate year-end audit and tax submission matters with external auditors and tax agents.
• Perform ad-hoc finance-related analysis as directed by the Manager, Finance (IFM) or COO-IFM.
