Job summary

Synapse Laboratory in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Finance Executive to join the Finance team and support Directors by monitoring the Group's financial performance. This is a management-facing role working closely with the Accounts team to analyse information, prepare management reports and coordinate with Directors, banks, lenders, auditors and company secretaries.

The role offers exposure to financial analysis, management reporting, cash flow monitoring, banking and corporate finance matters

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
ACCA/CPA/CIMA or progress towards a professional qualification is an advantage.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Financial Analysis or Management Reporting.
Audit experience encouraged.
Experience in preparing management reports or financial presentations is an advantage.
Exposure to banks, lenders, auditors or company secretaries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial information prepared by the Accounts team and prepare management reports and presentations.
Coordinate finance-related matters with Directors, banks, lenders, auditors, company secretaries and other stakeholders.
Provide financial analysis and support for management decision-making.
Assist in cash flow monitoring, banking and corporate finance matters.
