RRecruiter in Malaysia is seeking a capable Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day operations including AP/AR data entry, month-end closing, and bank reconciliations.

You will handle credit control, intercompany reconciliations, tax support, and cash flow forecasting, with SAP experience preferred. Fresh graduates welcome.

Candidates should have a accounting qualification and 2+ years in commercial finance or SSC, with strong Excel and OneStream knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial finance function or SSC environment.
• Experience with SAP Finance modules is preferred; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations including AP/AR data entry, bookkeeping, and month-end closing.
• Manage AR credit control, invoice processing, payments, and cash application; bank reconciliation.
• Handle AP vendor invoices, verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in audit and tax support with relevant schedules and documents.
• Assist cash flow forecasting and reporting; participate in process improvements and system enhancements.
