Job summary

YCP is seeking a Finance Director reporting to the Group CFO, leading finance across multiple offices and currencies, safeguarding financial integrity and controls, and guiding profitability and growth at board level.

The role covers budgeting, consolidation, intercompany, tax compliance, M&A support, and finance transformation. Periodic travel is required; ACCA/CA/CPA with 10+ years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA/CPA and IFRS/GAAP expertise.
• 10+ years in multi-entity finance leadership.
• Proven track record with M&A, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, consolidation, and board reporting.
• Oversee cash flow, intercompany, tax compliance.
• Drive budgeting, cost control, and financial transformation.
• Support acquisition integration and financial structuring.
• Manage payroll and administrative matters.
