TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a Finance Data Specialist to build and maintain the harmonized Finance Data Warehouse. The role focuses on data modeling, table/view development, and translating ERP feeds into standardized schemas to enable accurate financial dashboards.

You will write and optimize SQL/ETL scripts, perform data quality checks, and document data flows. Collaboration with the Data/BI team and ERP project stakeholders is essential for successful data ingestion.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data analytics, data engineering or related roles.
• Experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling and analysis.
• Understanding of financial data (GL, AP/AR) is a plus.
• Able to document data flows and support dashboards/BI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain fact/dimension tables in MaxCompute to support the FDW.
• Translate ERP/source data into standardised schemas with accurate mappings.
• Develop and optimize SQL/ETL scripts; ensure data quality before release.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, lineage docs, and change logs.
• Support dashboards and finance applications with reliable datasets.
