Job summary

TDM Berhad, based in Kuala Terengganu, seeks a seasoned Data Analytics professional to automate reporting, build dashboards for Finance and Accounts, and support data governance and strategic initiatives. This role requires 5+ years in data analytics with strong BI and SQL skills.

The ideal candidate will leverage Python and AI knowledge to drive business transformation, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, financial analysis, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or equivalents.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation; Python an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, predictive analytics, and generative AI applications is an advantage.
• Experience developing business cases and measuring benefits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Kuala Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting efforts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for the organization, especially for Finance and Accounts.
• Support organizational data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
