Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience in process optimization and Controlling.
• Strong SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA Controlling expertise, including cost center accounting, internal orders, WBS element settlement, period-end closing, and product costing.
• Understanding of cost allocation and settlement processes (IAA, distribution, assessment, manual reposting) and application of original and secondary cost elements.
• Knowledge of cross-functional SAP processes and data flows, especially SD postings into ACDOCA with exposure to FI/PS/MM/PP.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and enhance business processes in the respective area.
• Interface between Global Process Coordination, Controlling, IT, and other departments.
• Lead finance-focused projects with international scope.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes; design support for new processes including reconciliation, documentation, testing, and training.
• Support further development of the CO/FI-IT-system landscape.
• Consult regional companies on global Finance or Controlling processes in SAP.
• Collaborate with MM/SD/PP teams on regional FI/CO projects; potential specialization in Finance or Controlling (production or sales).
• Provide consulting to group companies, ensure knowledge transfer, and train on controlling-related processes.
