Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA/CPA or related certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years in a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management reporting for the Technology business unit, including monthly P&L gap analysis, working capital monitoring, and customer profitability analysis.
• Supervise departmental operating budgets and cost controls against annual allocations.
• Support development of budgets and performance analysis documents for divisional reviews and improvements.
• Lead client and customer profitability analysis, internal/external presentations, issue tracking, and financial assessment of key investments.
• Challenge country BU on financial items to drive accountability and discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controlling, reporting efficiency, and utilization of automated systems.
• Manage cross-functional finance interactions within the BU to resolve issues timely.
