Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA or CPA qualified or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is highly preferred.
• FMCG exposure is a plus.
• Organized, attentive to details, problem solver, and a self-starter.
• A team player able to work with multiple teams/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Assistant Finance Manager in preparing statutory financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support external audit process, including gathering supporting documents, addressing audit queries, involved in annual stock take, and preparing audit schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable: follow up with customers on outstanding payments, reconcile payment discrepancies (Electronic chain store).
• Monitor and maintain the bank tracker to ensure timely updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing, including accruals/provisions posting, recurring journal preparation, and reconciliation.
• Work closely with shared service team (O2C, P2P, R2R) to ensure completeness of accounting transactions.
• Support process improvements, SOP updates, and implementation of best practices within the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and company policies.
