Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review general ledger accounts
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, IAS, SFRS, Ind AS, etc.)
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls
• Prepare and review corporate tax computations
• Manage GST/VAT/SST filings and compliance
• Liaise with tax consultants and tax authorities
• Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns
• Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning
• Monitor budget performance and variance analysis
• Support management with forecasting and cash flow planning
• Monitor company cash flow and liquidity requirements
• Review banking transactions and treasury activities
• Manage working capital efficiently
• Support funding and financing requirements
• Analyze profitability, margins, and operational performance
• Provide financial insights to management
• Support strategic projects, investments, and business expansion initiatives
• Develop financial models and business cases
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and relevant regulations
• Coordinate statutory filings and corporate secretarial requirements
• Maintain accounting policies and procedures
