Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and at least five years of experience in the financial sector, with strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial industry.
• Aptitude for numbers and understanding of Profit & Loss.
• Meticulous with keen attention to details.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to listen, interpret, influence and negotiate.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Naturally inquisitive with a desire to understand a broad range of commercial issues.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor credit portfolio performance and risk indicators.
• Track collection and recovery performance and analyze roll/cure rates.
• Prepare portfolio, delinquency, and collection reports and dashboards.
• Support development and evaluation of credit and collection strategies and policies.
• Conduct impact analysis on new initiatives and policy changes.
