Job summary

MaxGrip in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Administrator Executive to support finance and administrative operations. You will manage financial transactions, maintain records and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, AutoCount or similar is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
• Experience using accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, AutoCount, SQL, or similar ERP systems) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
• Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in monthly financial closing activities and reporting.
• Prepare expense claims and reimbursements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and financial documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage office administration and document control processes.
• Maintain contracts, licenses, permits, and company records.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
• Support procurement and vendor management activities.
• Manage office supplies and administrative expenses.
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
• Provide general administrative support to management and relevant departments.
