Sunfresh Fruit Hub S B is seeking a Finance & Admin Executive (Based in Petaling Jaya) to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day financial administration, banking transactions and general office duties in a dynamic, growing business.

Ideal candidates have practical experience in finance, accounts, banking or administration and are detail-oriented and trustworthy. Formal accounting qualifications are not compulsory; juniors and retirees are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Practical experience in finance, accounts, banking or administration.
• Familiarity with online banking platforms and financial transactions.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Excel.
• Honest, trustworthy, meticulous and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and manage routine tasks responsibly.
• Accounting qualifications are an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsabilidades

• Execute authorised online banking transactions, including supplier payments and fund transfers.
• Prepare payment records and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
• Manage invoices, receipts, accounts payable and customer payment records.
• Maintain basic financial records and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the external accountant on accounting documents and information.
• Handle general administrative duties, filing and documentation.
• Assist with other operational matters as required.
