Job summary

LWE Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an ACCOUNTS/FINANCE ASSISTANT to support daily accounting tasks in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers AP/AR, invoicing, asset records, SST compliance, and basic financial reporting, with immediate joining preferred.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accounting and have 1–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates with strong academics are encouraged. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is expected, with opportunity to grow in a dynamic construction-focused

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in bookkeeping or accounting (fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, SST, and e-Invoicing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Perform daily accounting data entry, process AP/AR transactions, and verify staff expense claims.
• Monthly Closing Assistance: Assist with month-end closing procedures and basic financial reports.
• e-Invoicing: Prepare and submit routine e-Invoices, including self-billed and consolidated e-Invoices.
