Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM/O-Level, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or related field required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions including data entry, invoicing, payment, and receipts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, reconciliation, and filing of documents.
• Support the Accounts Executive / Finance team in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain proper record-keeping of accounting documents and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, staff claims, and petty cash management.
• Assist in LMW reports & E Invoicing.
