Job summary

Sanko Sangyo (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam seeks a capable accountant to manage general accounting, payroll, statutory reporting and cash flow control. You will prepare monthly accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.

Role includes supervising subordinates, liaising with the company tax agent, secretary and auditor, and conducting intercompany reconciliations. Degree in accounting and 2–3 years of manufacturing accounting experience are required; trading experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or similar qualification.
• 2–3 years accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in trading company is an added advantage.
• Experience with payroll, statutory reporting and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• General accounting and financial/banking affairs.
• Monthly reporting of financial accounts.
• Payroll functions.

• Cash flow, debtors' and creditors' control.
• Liaison with tax agent, secretary and auditor.
• Intercompany account reconciliation.
• Insurance renewals (motor, office and general).
