Job summary

Private Advertiser in Petaling Jaya seeks an Executive / Supervisor, Finance & Accounts to handle the full set of accounts and support monthly reporting and budgeting. The role requires 2–3 years of accounting experience with knowledge of Malaysian standards and taxation.

Fresh graduates may apply for the Junior Accounts Executive track with on‑the‑job training. The successful candidate will manage year-end audits, tax filings, cash flow monitoring, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior Accounts Executive as on-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and budget analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in year-end audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Other accounting-related tasks assigned by the management.
