Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MFRS accounting standards and Malaysia taxation.
• High integrity with strong data analysis and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MIA, etc.) are an added advantage.
• Experience in retail or F&B is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full set of accounts and tax computations for the group.
• Analyse budgets and prepare expense reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closures.
• Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and manage treasury matters.
• Oversee costing and financial performance for projects.
• Provide updated KPI indicators to the department.
• Review financial statements and ensure data accuracy prior to reporting to management.
• Post journal entries and ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
