Solana Tec Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Account Executive to manage AR/AP processes and ensure accurate financial operations.

You will issue invoices, monitor aging, reconcile records, and support monthly closures in a fast-paced solar and sustainable energy company. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 1+ years' experience, and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English proficiency. CPA/ACCA is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1+ years work experience in accounting and auditing related field.
• Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• CPA/ACCA certification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Issue accurate invoices and official receipts
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on collections
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
• Support monthly closing and reporting
• Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents
• Process payments and maintain transaction records
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable (AR)

Issue accurate invoices and official receipts

Monitor AR aging and follow up on collections

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records

Support monthly closing and reporting

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents

Process payments and maintain transaction records

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.

1+ years work experience in accounting and auditing related field.

Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
