Job summary

Majestic Gen in Selangor is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team. This role offers a solid foundation in accounting and finance, focusing on accurate financial reporting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance within the group.

You will handle AP/AR, assist in monthly management reports, budgeting, and basic tax coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; familiarity with Excel and accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of Accounts Payable, including invoice verification and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare and process billing and ensure proper documentation; maintain records in the accounting system.
• Assist in monthly management reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
