Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad is seeking a finance/accounting professional to monitor prepaid charges, rental and overseas transactions, and daily petty cash. You will ensure accurate system capture, aging analysis, and quarterly reconciliations.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, high integrity, and a proactive attitude are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business & Accountancy or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
High integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency
Good attitude, willing to learn and committed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP System
Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage

Responsabilités

Monitoring prepayment / charges on a monthly basis for insurance, license and services
Monitoring all rental and overseas transactions to ensure correct capture in the system
Checking every payment and controlling expenses by monitoring aging
Handling petty cash on a daily basis
Ensure all statements and reconciliations are done on a quarterly basis
