Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Cyberjaya is offering an internship in accounting and finance. You will assist in monthly financial reporting, billing, and data preparation to support compliance and governance. The internship requires an undergraduate in accounting/finance in penultimate or final year, English proficiency, and willingness to work in Cyberjaya/Putrajaya.

Familiarity with SAP/Ariba is a plus. Minimum 12 weeks of placement.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year accounting/finance student expected.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial reports and billing workings.
• Support month-end closing activities and data preparation.
• Maintain contract repository and contractual document filing.
• Assist in Ariba/SAP related procurement and payment processes.
• Provide support for investment, fixed assets, and inter-company tasks as required.
• Document workflows and ensure governance and audit readiness.
