Responsibilities
Assist in handling Accounts Receivable functions.
Prepare customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
Investigate discrepancies in invoices.
Follow up on pending Delivery Orders to issue invoices.
Manage Accounts Receivable ledger.
Verify supplier invoices and perform matching.
Check staff reimbursement claims.
Perform Accounts Payable reconciliation.
Data entry of customer and supplier invoices in the accounting system.
