Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word; accounting software handy.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Willing to learn, able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.
• Data entry for accounting transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and notes.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Assist in processing supplier invoices and payment documentation.
• Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping of financial documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closings.
