Job summary

Golden Tougen (Malaysia) is seeking a finance professional to lead the preparation and analysis of full-set management accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will generate KPI-driven management reports to support performance monitoring and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ensuring robust accounting operations with strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 3–5 years in admin/renovation/facilities/project coordination is a plus.
• Familiar with accounting software and financial reporting.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency emphasized).
• Good understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of full-set management accounts monthly, quarterly, and annual.
• Generate periodic management reports with KPI analysis for performance monitoring and planning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to meet targets.
• Monitor costs and variances to improve mill efficiency and profitability.
• Support corporate finance and treasury activities, including banking relationships and fund transfers.
• Oversee accounting operations and internal controls; ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Coordinate audits and maintain SOPs and policies for efficiency and compliance.
