Job summary

ExcelVite Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance team and oversee all financial and accounting activities for the company.

The role focuses on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control to improve overall financial performance. The successful candidate will liaise with government authorities, external auditors, tax agents and bankers, implement strong internal controls, and provide coaching to subordinates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and analytical; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency favored for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the company.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts; perform financial analysis to control costs and improve performance.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and analysts.
• Direct and implement financial systems, policies, and internal controls.
