Job summary

Nestlé Shah Alam is seeking a Filling & Packing Engineer to drive operational excellence across our beverage and packaging lines. You will work on equipment reliability, process improvements, and maintenance planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 1–2 years in manufacturing or FMCG settings, with strong troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, production, filling & packing, or FMCG industries.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on approach.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support filling and packing production lines to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Improve line efficiency, reliability, and asset intensity (AI).
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Food Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams.
