Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking skilled technicians to install, test and commission new equipment at customers’ sites, perform equipment assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrade and preventive maintenance, and provide dependable customer service.

Requirements include technical qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair, good command of written and spoken English, and the ability to work independently,

Qualifications

• Technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently and under tight schedules.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission new equipment at customers’ sites
• Carry out equipment assembly, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, upgrade and preventive maintenance
• Perform other technical tasks as assigned
• Provide and maintain good customer service to customers
