Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional in Malaysia to manage accounts, qualify leads, and drive MT product adoption. You will plan sales calls, present technical information, and support campaigns while collaborating with engineering teams and customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, building new business, and traveling to customer sites. A degree in engineering and PLC knowledge are preferred, with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma required.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, electrical & mechanical basics.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical sales environment.
• Proactive self-starter with good understanding of sales and distribution.
• Willingness to travel and drive; valid driving license.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing accounts and update sales pipelines.
• Qualify database and set up new accounts; plan sales calls.
• Provide product and technical information to customers.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Interact with customers' engineering teams to explain MT value propositions.
• Represent MT products at field events and trainings.
• Develop customers' staff with technical information and training.
