Job summary

Sarawak Oil Palms Group is seeking a Field Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily field operations, including harvesting, upkeep and maintenance, and to ensure adherence to company plantation policies.

Candidates with SPM, certificate in agriculture, or a diploma are welcome; fresh graduates and school leavers will receive training.

Qualifications

• SPM / Certificate in Agriculture / Diploma is required.
• Fresh graduates and SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the daily supervision of workers handling field operations such as harvesting, upkeep & maintenance and other related field works
• Responsible in making sure works carried out by workers are in line with company’s plantation policy and standard
