Job summary

National Oilwell Varco, operating NOV FluidControl equipment on site, seeks a skilled field technician for solids control operations. You will be responsible for equipment performance, safety, and efficient resource use to meet operational goals. Strong troubleshooting and communication in English required.

The role requires hands-on experience with centrifuges, shale shakers, cutters, and related equipment, plus ability to read mud reports and coordinate with logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary level education relevant to home country passing grade accepted for other accredited English Language learning systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook must be demonstrated.
• Minimum of 3 years' field experience in solids control.

Responsibilities

• Fully Accountable for the performance of all NOV FluidControl rental equipment as well as personnel on location.
• Ensure service quality is continually enhanced and maintain high safety, operations, and repair standards.
• Encourage equipment use daily to maximize personnel and equipment utilization.
• Manage inventory of equipment, spares, tools and other NOV FluidControl items and coordinate with logistics.
