Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and over 5 years of experience in oil & gas equipment maintenance. Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in workshop supervision or oil & gas equipment maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills in a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and standards.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise and develop technicians.
• Foster a strong safety culture in the workshop.
