Job summary

MLDC is seeking a site supervisor in Subang Jaya to independently manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, interpret technical drawings, and lead foreign workers while maintaining schedules and compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years on-site construction management, own vehicle, and willingness to travel. Independent work with minimal guidance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of site-based construction management experience.
• Own vehicle with clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Able to interpret technical construction drawings.
• Able to lead and work with foreign workers.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance on technical/site issues.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day site operations including worker efficiency and material management.
• Ensure work executes according to drawings, specs, and quality; coordinate with subcontractors and internal design teams.
• Participate in progress management, project planning, monitoring, and site meetings.
• Establish and adjust work schedules to meet deadlines within scope, time, and quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforce standards, and liaise with local authorities for inspections.
