Job summary

Leading Global Engineering in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor and coordinate site activities, maintain daily records, and ensure quality and safety on the construction site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage materials, and supervise site progress against drawings and schedules.

Requirements include a SSS yellow card, a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, and at least 3 years of construction experience with supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• SSS yellow card is required.
• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction.
• Ability to handle on-site supervision and worker matters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the execution and coordination of site activities.
• Prepare and update daily site records and diary.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the construction site.
• Record and control material usage and transfers on site.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for workers and monitor machinery/waste.
• Inspect site work with stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices on site.
• Coordinate site progress, subcontractors, and site organization.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
