Job summary

SC NEW ENERGY MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd is seeking a field service professional to install and commission equipment at customer sites. You will perform wiring, piping, power-on checks, and functional testing, then troubleshoot on-site and document repairs. You will also provide basic operation training and support trial runs.

You should be prepared to travel, work overtime when needed, and maintain on-site tools and PPE with adherence to safety and 6S rules.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; prior field service experience is an advantage.
Willing to travel to customer sites and work overtime when needed.
Good communication in English and BM.

Responsibilities

Install and commission equipment at customer sites – perform wiring, piping, power-on checks, and functional testing
Troubleshoot common faults on-site; escalate complex issues and document repairs
Provide basic operation training to customers and support trial runs
Manage on-site tools, materials, and PPE; follow safety and 6S rules
Complete installation records, meet productivity targets, and carry out other tasks as assigned
