Job summary

Leistritz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Aftersales Service Engineer to act as the ambassador for Leistritz, delivering aftersales service support and technical expertise across Fluid Technology with Screw Pumps.

You will be the main contact for service, spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades while troubleshooting for customers. The role involves field service, including installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of machinery, with opportunities for overseas training and career advancement.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related).
3+ years experience with rotating machinery, electrical instruments, PLCs and variable speed drives preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and electrical circuit/PID diagrams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for after sales activities, including service support, spare part inquiries, retrofits, and upgrades.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers.
Perform field aftersales activities including installation, start up, and troubleshooting of machine equipment.
Prepare field service reports and follow up on aftersales opportunities.
Handle equipment ranging from lab (R&D) scale to full production machines.
Support customers across industries, including Petrochemical, Chemical, Plastics, Oil & Gas.
