Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking dynamic engineers for after-sales service in our Johor Branch, Malaysia. The role involves providing maintenance and support for DCS, Safety, and Cyber Security solutions, responding to service calls, and performing commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Qualifications include an Engineering degree and knowledge of Process Control Instrumentation or DCS; travel to outstation sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Chemical/Mechanical/IT).
• Knowledge of Process Control Instrumentation or DCS systems is an advantage.
• Working experience in a similar field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Providing after-sales service for Yokogawa’s products (DCS, Safety, Cyber Security).
• Attending to daily service calls from customers and performing scheduled maintenance per Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Able to handle commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS at site.
• Supporting service sales to grow the service business.
